  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and other BAs.

Requirements Elicitation & User Story Management:

  • Create, refine, and maintain user stories, process flows, test cases, and functional/non-functional backlog items.

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to set priorities and define acceptance criteria.

  • Support testing and validation of developed solutions with stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Improvement:

  • Produce clear and comprehensive documentation including process models and functional specs.

  • Identify and drive process improvements aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital projects

  • Strong experience in requirements analysis, user stories, and documentation

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Good-to-Have:
