What You’ll Do As a Senior Security Engineer on the Enterprise Security team, you’ll focus on safeguarding CoreWeave’s enterprise infrastructure, managing identity security, implementing zero trust models, hardening critical services and endpoint systems, and ensuring the secure integration and operation of our extended workforce and third-party SaaS applications.

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide identity management and authentication solutions, ensuring robust security and compliance
  • Develop and deploy Zero Trust security frameworks, enhancing access control and mitigating risks
  • Evaluate, secure, and manage third-party SaaS applications, ensuring they align with CoreWeave’s security policies and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and compliance teams to harden endpoints and secure access for extended workforce members and contractors
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate security risks associated with enterprise applications and third-party integrations
  • Be an advocate for security, educating employees on the importance of data security, and advising them on best practices for maintaining a secure environment.
  • Aid Security Operations and IT Operations teams in the investigation and diagnosis of issues relating to the Enterprise Security domain
  • Enable productivity to thrive securely in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise security, identity management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and related technologies and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
  • Experience implementing zero-trust architecture and security policies
  • Proven ability to assess and secure third-party SaaS platforms and integrations.
  • Scripting skills in modern languages such as Python and Go
  • Ability to relate to and collaborate with colleagues, independently manage and run projects to completion, and prioritize efforts for enterprise risk reduction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with administration of enterprise productivity suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with enterprise identity management solutions such as Okta or Entra ID
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tooling such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune
  • Hands-on experience managing security for hybrid or fully remote workforces.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000-$330,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
