Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior AI Engineer in Netcompany?
Joining us as a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You’ll drive technical innovation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver production-grade, scalable systems in diverse business domains.
As a Senior AI Engineer you will:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Guiding the implementation of advanced NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive modeling use cases.
- Driving prompt engineering and fine-tuning efforts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Mentoring and supporting junior AI engineers and data scientists in best practices.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
- Contributing to the development of MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Staying ahead of AI trends and tools, ensuring we leverage the latest research and technologies.
- Ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems through robust testing and monitoring strategies.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying ML/AI models at scale.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and GenAI frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing production-ready solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
