Job Description
So, what are the main responsibilities of the GenAI and LLM Lead in Netcompany?
Joining us as the GenAI and LLM Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building GenAI and LLM solutions across the region and international business. You will leverage your technical expertise, experience, and communication skills to work across various business & technology teams productionize innovative AI models and applications.
Your technical knowledge and ability to apply them, will be paramount to your success in this role and Focus (but not limited) on the design and implementation of Advanced GenAI solutions to cross Line of Services (i.e. Public Sector, EU, Enterprise) applications and projects. Specifically, you will build end-to-end GenAI pipelines by developing and applying creative solutions that go beyond current tools and work together with GenAI and LLM Engineers to deliver scalable, reusable, extensible and flexible solutions.
As the GenAI and LLM Lead, you will:
- Lead a team of AI engineers, and DevOps/MLOps specialists to design, develop, and optimize Gen AI architectures tailored to specific use cases and business requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists to drive the end-to-end implementation of GenAI models, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Deliver end-to-end GenAI and LLM applications for our key transformation projects across the region and international business.
- Execute the GenAI and LLM strategy including people, technology, methodologies, platforms, and processes.
- Collaborate with platform teams and solution architects to evolve our big data platforms and evaluate various GenAI and LLM technologies and services.
- Clearly articulate highly technical methods and results to diverse audiences and partners to drive decision-making.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, proven track record of leading AI/ML projects from conception to deployment, experience with generative AI models and techniques, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Solid experience building machine learning model development
- Proven track record in designing and building GenAI solutions, with a strong expertise in prompt engineering, LlamaIndex, Langchain, RAG, AI red teaming libraries, LLM monitoring and evaluation.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
- Strong leadership skill with ability to influence the thought process and drive alignment.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and highly driven individual who can thrive in ambiguous requirements.
Prompt Engineering:
- Experience in collaborating with data scientists to create and refine prompts for various AI applications
- Ability to develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of GenAI models.
Cloud AI Solutions (AWS and Azure):
- Experience to design and implement scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge to utilize cloud services to manage and deploy AI models, ensuring high availability and performance.
Research and Innovation:
- Motivation to remain updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, cloud technologies, and MLOps practices, and introduce them to the team.
- Ability to drive innovation by exploring new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve AI capabilities and efficiencies.
