The role

Software Engineers at One build the products & systems that serve our customers and run our company. Besides writing, reviewing, and shipping code, engineers collaborate with others across the company, from product, design, and data to, customer support, ops, and compliance. Software Engineers at One are highly technical, communicative, and emotionally intelligent.

This role is responsible for:

  • Working closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems.

  • Building and maintaining documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary docs are key to our success.

  • Solving complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement, sensitive financial data at scale, and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent.

The Team

The Servicing team builds the systems that power customer support and internal operations at scale. From AI-driven chatbots using LLMs + RAG to tools that help agents resolve issues fast, our work directly impacts how OnePay serves millions of users. We send over 150M+ comms/month (and still growing), automate voice/chat interactions, and support servicing for new products like Invest, Crypto, and Credit. Our team tackles everything from dispute workflows to agent authorization, enabling seamless, secure, and scalable servicing.
