One of our flagship products is Tenderly Virtual TestNets that serves as instant, zero-setup environments for smart contract development and testing. VNets replicate real blockchain networks, providing developers with a risk-free infrastructure that mirrors the latest on-chain state. This enables rapid iteration, comprehensive testing, and seamless collaboration without the complexities of traditional Testnets.
We’re seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer who bridges the gap between web2 and web3, bringing best practices from traditional software development into the blockchain realm. If you’re passionate about enhancing the developer experience in web3 and have a track record of building robust tooling, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and enhance Tenderly VNets, creating the next generation of developer environments for smart contract development, testing, and deployment
- Build resilient, scalable systems that developers and teams can integrate into their CI/CD pipelines for automated smart contract testing and validation
- Solve challenging problems around performance, consistency, and developer experience in blockchain environments
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to shape the future roadmap of Tenderly VNets
- Write clean, maintainable Golang code and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture focused on reliability and usability
Who You Are
- Experienced in Blockchain: You have at least 2 years of experience working in the blockchain/web3 space, with a solid understanding of smart contract development and blockchain infrastructure.
- Web2 Background: You bring 3+ years of experience from the web2 world, giving you a strong foundation in traditional software development practices.
- Proficient in Golang: You have hands-on experience with Golang, having used it in production environments to build scalable systems.
- Passionate About Developer Experience: You’re driven to improve the tools and workflows that developers use, aiming to make blockchain development more accessible and efficient.
- Collaborative and Communicative: You thrive in team environments, effectively communicating ideas and feedback, and are open to learning from others.
