The Senior Content Writer/Strategist combines strong writing experience with the flexibility to lead and support projects across marketing, training, and technical domains. This role involves producing content using both traditional writing and AI-assisted tools, ensuring high-quality output across internal and external platforms. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, project ownership, and a strong sense of initiative to deliver business-aligned content at scale.
Responsibilities
Write and edit content for our web pages, blog posts, internal guides, and external publications.
Lead recruitment marketing content development, including job ads, career page updates, and campaign materials.
Help develop training content and onboarding materials to support new hires and internal upskilling.
Draft technical content and documentation in partnership with product and engineering teams.
Leverage AI tools to ideate, draft, or scale content—but ensure high editorial quality in final outputs.
Audit and improve content usability, accuracy, and tone across platforms.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional content projects with marketing, HR, and other teams.
Promote best practices in content development and guide peers on effective writing.
Strong writing portfolio with experience in marketing, training, and technical content.
Strong background in the software or tech industry is a must.
Comfortable using AI tools to generate or enhance content.
