Job Description

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement permanent and regular reporting based on available data sources.
- Ensure data availability for the different internal and external stakeholder (procurement, supplier, third parties).
- Define and establish data maintenance concept e.g. inactivating of discontinued suppliers, merging data accounts, creating new supplier accounts based on request.
- Conduct various analyses on components and products to ensure the material compliance and other key figures/metrics used for steering the topic.
- Assume responsibility for all reporting and analysis activities and align relevant matters with the involved stakeholder (procurement, engineering).
- Create ad-hoc analyses or persistent reports using SQL scripts for specific purposes or operational needs.
- Support engineering teams in product development projects by analysing specific material compliance data and creation of status reports.

Qualifications
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelor’s degree)
University education (Master’s degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Specialisation, field: Statistics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Language and language level
English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
Further foreign languages are an advantage.
Personality requirements and skills
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Deep expert knowledge of data analysis (SQL), as well as in the structure and functionality of data models and further enhanced by expertise in ERP systems.
- Power BI- proficient.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive, strong communication skills, team-oriented, ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner.
