Are you a student in Timișoara looking for your first real work experience in Human Resources?
Join the Global HR Experts Team at Bosch Global Services – an innovation hub where international HR strategies, processes, and digital initiatives are created.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and work in a truly international, multicultural environment.
- Get involved in real projects like succession planning, performance & talent processes.
- Support your team to analyze HR data using Excel & other digital tools.
- Take ownership of projects, support global communities & moderate meetings.
- Learn about AI & Automation and research ideas to improve HR.
- Work independently and build self-confidence in your skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s currently enrolled in: Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, or a similar field.
- You genuinely like people and enjoy being helpful.
- Curious, reliable, organized, and ready to learn.
- Interested in data, digital tools, AI and automation.
- Comfortable communicating in English (B2+ level).
- You want to build confidence, responsibility & global experience.
Nice to Have:
- Familiar with platforms like ChatGPT (or CoPilot), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
