Role Description
As a Sr Data scientist, you will play an important role in shaping our AI driven products and services. Your primary focus will be scouring our data warehouse, transforming large data into Machine learning ready datasets. You will further assist in developing, evaluating, A/B testing and deploying Machine learning models into production.
This is a Data science (classical ML) role. If your experience revolves around Data Analysis, Computer Vision, NLP, Gen AI, Power BI etc. this is not the right role for you.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand game data, existing features and identify opportunities for AI-driven features.
- Designing, developing, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning algorithms that turn data into actionable insights for our players.
- Leading initiatives to enhance our data analytics capabilities with a focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics through Machine Learning.
Qualifications (Please make sure you meet the below requirements before applying)
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science or related and 3+ or Bachelor’s and 5+ years of work experience in developing production grade machine learning (Internship or Academic experience will not be considered).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JS and C++.
- Deep experience with current-generation ML algorithms.
- Proficient with Python data stack (Pandas, Numpy, SKlearn, LightGBM, XGBoost, Matplotlib)
- Experience with a database query language such as SQL.
- Experience with scalable data processing tools (Spark, Dataflow or similar)
- Prior exposure to cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
- Gaming experience is a massive plus.

Compensation:
Salary range of INR 25 - 50 LPA (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
