As a Senior Delivery Lead at Mammoth Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
- Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders
- Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
- Create and maintain project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Develop strategic data roadmaps that accommodate future technological advancements
- Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
- Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations are durable and scalable
- Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
- Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies
- Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
- Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications a plus
