We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves keeping digital marketing projects running smoothly. You’ll be the key person ensuring that our CRO, UX, and digital marketing initiatives are completed on time and at the highest quality.
More specifically, you will:
🚀 Lead and oversee digital marketing and conversion optimization projects from start to finish
📅 Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining top-notch quality standards
⚡ Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams, including UX designers, developers, and marketing specialists
🎯 Assign tasks and make sure the right resources are focused on the right priorities
📊 Monitor and balance team workloads for maximum efficiency
🔍 Refine and optimize project management processes to improve productivity
✅ Maintain quality control to ensure all deliverables align with client objectives
📈 Analyze project performance and implement improvements where needed
⚠️ Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions to prevent delays
📝 Document project progress and prepare reports for internal teams and clients
📢 Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project status and adjustments

⏰ Working Hours: This is a full-time role. Our team operates globally, so we need someone available for core business hours that overlap with both European and North American time zones (e.g., 4 AM - 1 PM CT).
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or Marketing.
✅ Experience collaborating with US clients and working in an agency environment.
✅ Organisation skills & strong attention to detail
✅ Strong written and verbal English skills + excellent communication skills
✅ Problem-solving skills - we need a proactive person who takes initiative!
✅ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
✅ Self-motivation and ability to work independently
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Experience working with remote teams
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with website development, A/B testing, analytics tools, or UX design
⭐ Familiarity with CRO, SEO, paid advertising, and UX/UI best practice.
What’s in it for you?
💰 Salary : $3,000 - 3,500 per month*
📅 Full-time : Fully remote role
🌟 Paid Time Off : 12 days in the first year + national holidays off + wellness days.
