About the Role (your why)
The EasiPay Senior Consultant role is to manage the preparation and processing of payroll for assigned clients ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time. This includes pay calculations, termination pays, employee maintenance and regular client communication to ensure the client’s satisfaction. This role also involves supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What you’ll do
- Process payroll for assigned clients and help resolving complex payroll queries.
- Provide support to Junior consultants when needed
- Ensure Payroll schedule is up to date with accurate client information.
- Manage client expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
- Attend/arrange client meetings when required.
- Assist Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager with adhoc tasks when needed.
What you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation.
- Strong experience in end-to-end high volume payroll processing.
- Understanding of payroll processing in a bureau environment is an advantage.
- Over 3 years’ experience managing multiple payrolls.
- Experience in using Datapay is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and support others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
