Your Role:
As Full Stack Developer (CRM), you’ll collaborate closely with product, data, and operations teams to build robust features that drive customer engagement and internal efficiency. This is a unique opportunity for a full stack expert who enjoys working across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) while also bringing experience with CRM platforms and integration best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Utilize your expertise in PHP and Symfony to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend solutions.
Leverage Vue.js and SSR to create dynamic, high-performance user interfaces.
Architect and implement CRM integration (e.g., Braze, Iterable, or similar), enabling data synchronization and automation between internal systems and the CRM platform.
Build and maintain APIs and backend services for CRM data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver feature-rich, user-friendly applications.
Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating emerging technologies into development processes.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience as Senior Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of driving projects to success.
Expertise in PHP/Symfony, Vue.js and a strong grasp of SSR, mastering its intricacies and best practices.
Experience working with and integrating CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, etc.
Familiarity with workflow automation, CRM custom objects, and CRM-side configuration is a plus.
Experience with Git and deployment processes for smooth transitions from development to production.
A problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, utilizing tools like Cursor or similar AI coding assistants to boost development efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Nice If You Have:
Prior experience leading CRM integrations end-to-end.
Experience with data analytics tools or CRM reporting dashboards.
Familiarity with database management systems (mysql, Postgres) and proficiency in ORM frameworks (ideally doctrine).
Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to ensure seamless UI/UX.
