As a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy.
- Generate leads to onboard new influencer partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.
- Create content and briefs for influencers in assigned campaigns and manage influencer’s content schedules.
- Monitor and control campaign budgets to achieve set KPIs, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Contribute to refining internal processes for increased efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, influencer events, and news for continuous improvement.
- Implement new, creative approaches and channels to influencer campaigns.
- Provide support to Influencer Marketing specialist.
We expect:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven track record in new lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Excellent command of oral and written English, with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including blogging, vlogging, and social media platforms.
- Expertise in various social media platforms, primarily YouTube (Instagram, TikTok, etc., would be advantageous).
- Exceptional analytical abilities to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Creativity and innovation in developing influencer marketing strategies.
- High attentiveness to detail combined with proactiveness.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with a result-driven personality.

Salary range
Gross salary starting from 2806 - 3470 EUR/Month is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
