Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies;
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;
- Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities;
- Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions;
- Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.
What you will need:
- Master’s degree in law;
- 3+ years of professional experience;
- Experience working in an IT product company;
- Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);
- Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements;
- Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
- Being goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to take on challenges.
Would be a HUGE plus:
