  • Leverage large data sets to conduct deep-dive performance analyses and extract actionable insights to improve CVR, CPA, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Establish and refine forecasting models to predict spend, performance, and revenue impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Optimize deal structures, including PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed buys, to secure premium placements and inventory.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ad tech solutions to drive innovation in programmatic and native advertising.
  • Own high-impact campaigns with significant revenue-driving potential.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of marketers, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Professional development support and growth opportunities.

Skills/Experience you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on buying experience in programmatic and native advertising (Yahoo DSP, The Trade Desk, Google’s DV360, Dianomi, Outbrain, or similar).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering ROI-positive results.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing metrics (CPA, CVR, ROAS, LTV) and how to optimize against them.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • Technical fluency in ad tech, tracking mechanisms, and bidding strategies.
  • Passion for consumer psychology and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and hitting financial targets, revising forecasts where necessary, and updating leadership.
