THE KEY BITS
-Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.
-Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub.
-Salary: We benchmarked ca. £55,000 - £65,000 + equity at IC2-IC3 level in our progression framework for someone based in the UK.
-Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3.5 hours over 2-3 weeks.
-Start date: As soon as you can start.

Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.
We’ve got a strong product and a smart team — now we need sharp design leadership to match.
There are core UX challenges to tackle, a design system to shape, and meaningful opportunities to define how AI delivers real value to our customers. We’re looking for a hands-on design leader—someone who solves complex problems with craft and clarity, and inspires others to do their best work.
This is a hybrid role: part hands-on product designer, part team leader. You’ll lead and grow a talented team of four, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help shape the future of design at Juro. We look for people whose approach to work aligns with our values & behaviours. For this role, we particularly value:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Keep It Simple).
On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:
- You have a legal background - ideally in legal tech, or a background in a in-house legal team or legal practice.
- You have 1–2+ years’ experience* as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, but we care more about your legal background and ability to learn fast.
- You’ve used domain expertise to shape product strategy and build features that resonate with a specific user base.
- You’re comfortable using data to inform decisions and prioritise what really moves the needle.
This job likely isn’t for you if:
- You’ve never worked in legal or legal tech - we need someone who understands how legal teams think and work.
- You’ve only worked in big, structured orgs - we move fast and thrive on ambiguity.
- You haven’t worked closely with product and engineering teams - we’re a fast-paced SaaS company where cross-functional collaboration is key.

Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making legal contracts frictionless, collaborative and accessible.
Juro’s intelligent contract automation platform is on its way to de-throning desktop tools as the paradigm for collaborating on legal documentation around the world.
We’re doing that by rebuilding contracts from the ground-up around a browser-native experience, augmenting workflows with powerful AI and enabling all teams to conduct contracting jobs faster than ever before.
