We offer self-serve contracts, AI-powered contract review with legal safeguards, and a smart repository for contract data. We also have a ChatGPT integration.

We’ve processed over 2.5 million contracts for companies in more than 85 countries, including Trustpilot, Deliveroo, AJ Bell, and WeWork. We are SOC 2 Type 2 certified and maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Founded in 2016, we’re backed by $38.5 million in venture funding.

Our team has between 51 and 200 employees. Lawyers Richard Mabey and Pavel Kovalevich founded the company.
