About Traffic Cop
Traffic Cop is MonetizeMore’s proprietary solution for detecting and preventing invalid traffic (IVT) and ad fraud. It uses advanced algorithms, device fingerprinting, and real-time traffic validation to safeguard publisher inventory and maintain compliance with Google Ad Exchange policies.
Role Overview
As the Senior Product Manager for Traffic Cop, you will lead the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of one of MonetizeMore’s most important products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, machine learning, marketing, customer success, and external partners to enhance Traffic Cop’s capabilities, usability, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for Traffic Cop, aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Own business outcomes of Traffic Cop, such as MonetizeMore revenue growth and churn %.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, leveraging feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, execution, QA, and go-to-market strategy.
- Continuously analyze product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Ensure Traffic Cop maintains industry-leading standards for fraud detection, including compliance with Google policies and guidelines.
- Translate complex technical issues into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and ensure Traffic Cop stays ahead of the curve in anti-fraud technology.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of product management experience in ad tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related fields.
- Good understanding of programmatic advertising, invalid traffic, ad fraud detection, or related domains.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Relentlessly resourceful with an MVP approach to experimentation and the ability to get results fast.
- Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience) is a plus.
- Experience with anti-fraud systems, real-time data processing, or ad server technologies is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience managing a B2B and/or anti-fraud product.
- Familiarity with ad networks like Google Ad Manager, OpenX, or Prebid.
- Experience with machine learning or anomaly detection tools.
