As a Senior Project Manager at Polly, you will own the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, helping lenders successfully adopt our modern, cloud-native capital markets solutions. You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset to every engagement, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and long-term customer success.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and deliver multiple customer SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go live.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery and timely resolution of project issues.
- Lead customer onboarding calls, develop and maintain project plans, and track against key milestones.
- Identify and escalate project risks or blockers, recommending mitigation strategies where needed.
- Continuously improve internal processes and documentation to support a scalable implementation framework.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
What you have:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
- Experience in mortgage tech or financial services is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
