Join Ondo Finance as a Smart Contract Engineer to develop and optimize smart contracts for Real World Asset tokenization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical soundness and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in blockchain engineering, ideally coming from another Defi Protocol live on multiple chains
- A strong competency with Solidity and other non-EVM smart contract languages
- Proven results in building and scaling a Defi protocol
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of new chain deployments, novel DeFi interoperability and bridging solutions, and DeFi protocols for Ondo Finance’s ever-evolving product suite
- Serve as a tech lead and subject matter expert for blockchain projects, guiding the engineering team in delivering high-impact, scalable solutions while making sound technical decisions that align with long-term goals
