Summary
The job is for a Senior Backend Engineer at Aircall based in Madrid. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and operating business-critical/AI features, participating in requirements analysis, proposing innovative solutions based on AI landscape trends, writing clean scalable code, mentoring team members, and more.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in back-end development in a large scale, preferably typed language (Typescript/. Node.js. ,. Java, Scala), with experience in Javascript, Ruby, or Python
- Knowledge about LLMs (GPT, Mistral, Llama, Claude, etc…) and experience developing with them (usage, prompting, etc)
- Experience with AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Auto Gen, etc), AI architectures (RAG, reranking, etc)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical/AI features
- Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customers
- Propose innovative solutions based on AI landscape trends
- Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
- Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients
- Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
- Mentor team members
