ABOUT THIS ROLE
Anaplan is seeking a Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer for our Supply Chain Application team. This team creates both out-of-the-box and customizable applications in Anaplan, covering various supply chain use cases such as Demand, Inventory, Supply, and IBP/S&OP.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain, Anaplan model building expertise, and strong attention to detail. This position requires excellent collaboration skills, the ability to manage model-building activities to completion, and a focus on delivering intuitive user experiences. As a Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer, you will be responsible for developing solutions on the Anaplan platform based on requirements from our Supply Chain Product Management team. You will collaborate closely with Application Solutions Architects for guidance on complex designs and will be expected to manage and advance your portfolio of model-building projects.
This role will collaborate with our go-to-market and professional services teams to help them fully leverage the capabilities of the applications developed by our team.
Your Impact
Build Supply Chain Applications by leveraging core Anaplan platform capabilities, spanning the suite of Anaplan platform components (model building, data management, UX building etc).
Partner with Application Product Management to ensure requirements are understood.
Design/architect the modelling and UX to meet the requirements and work with Architects where the requirements are complex.
Ensuring new features are prepared to a high standard and supports a smooth UAT process.
Ensuring the user experience that sits across any features developed is intuitive and easy to use.
Producing model documentation and keeping up to date as new development takes place.
Your Qualifications
Diverse experience as Anaplan Model Builder, with 2+ years’ hands on model building experience. Level 3 certification preferred
Experience with some of the wider facets of the Anaplan platform (PlanIQ, Optimizer, Workflow and Polaris etc) is useful but not essential.
Numerically literate, and likely to have a STEM undergraduate degree.
Ability to manage your model build activities through to completion.
Attention to detail and a focus on model-building best-practices and standards.
A focus on the end user experience is essential.
An ‘engineering mindset’ to Anaplan architecture; ensuring configurable functionality and pre-empting edge cases.
Base Salary Range:
$163,000—$220,000 USD
