As the Sr. Supply Chain Consultant, SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) for Open Sky Group’s Client Services team, you will be responsible for the technical and functional aspects of SAP EWM projects. Your experience will guide the implementation of SAP solutions and drive innovation in the field. This role requires a combination of functional expertise, project leadership, networking skills, client interaction, and solution development to ensure SAP EWM implementations meet client needs and business objectives.

•         Support presales activities, including the preparation of technical aspects of solution demonstrations, RFP delivery, and Proof of Concept execution (POC).

•         Lead resource planning, including the development and integration work for POC delivery.

•         Collaborate with the client services team to design tailored SAP solutions, presenting cost estimates, timelines, and ROI calculations.

•         Lead SAP EWM solution delivery, including blueprinting, functional specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

•         Provide expert guidance in SAP EWM configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.

•         Support key business stakeholders to define and deliver the global design of EWM.

•         Engage client stakeholders on business needs for SAP EWM.

•         Assist in planning and coordinating resources against business deliverables.

•         Act as a change agent and business partner in the transition from as-is / to-be processes and systems.

•         Participate in project meetings and activities including Blueprinting, Kick-Off, conducting demos, and writing Statements of Work.

•         Share best practices and be consultative to EWM clients throughout the duration of projects, acting as a subject matter expert.

•         Provide deliverable standardization and quality management including the production of System Requirements Document (SRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Product Requirements Specification (PRS), Technical Design Document (TDD), Integration Specification Document (IRD), etc.

•         Complete and co-implement the configuration of the solution.

•         Produce regular status updates to internal and EWM client teams.

•         Participate in project meetings with EWM clients.

•         Participate in internal projects as required.

•         Participate in industry and marketing events as needed.

•         Continue to learn new skills and stay current with technology used in the industry.

Future Requirements

•         Continue to stay current with new SAP EWM trends and technologies.

•         Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•         Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to consultants.

Experience

•         Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM, with expertise in multiple end-to-end implementations.

•         SAP EWM Certification required.

•         Extensive experience in SAP EWM configuration, process integration (EWM-PP, EWM-QM, EWM-SD).

•         Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of SAP WM/EWM and LE solutions.

•         Strong understanding of SAP integration, deployment options, and data migration strategies.

•         Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive solution development.

•         Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills.

•         Experience with Blue Yonder WMS a plus.

Work Location and Travel

•         Must be authorized to work in the US. Can live anywhere in the US.

•         This is a home-based, full-time, exempt role.

•         This position requires travel up to 70% by airplane and/or car, with overnights.

•         Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

•         This position requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, or pull office products and supplies, up to 40 pounds.

Annual Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000

The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications, or licenses, and other relevant factors.
