Responsibilities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Working closely with software and engineering teams
Take the lead of scrum/agile teams as the Senior Technical Project Manager for particularly presales activities
Prepare budget proposals, and suggest budget changes if required
Continuously deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations, and required documentations.
Providing advanced workflow documentation and design expertise for internal processes
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Provide coordination between stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, if necessary, according to project plan
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 7–10 years of total professional experience, including at least 3–4 years of hands-on project management experience in software development projects.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues
Must be based in Istanbul or open to relocation on short notice.
Must be open to occasional domestic and international business travel.
Experience building presentations materials and comfortable presenting to stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication skills both in Turkish and English
Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving and organizational experience
Ability to multitask, track and report on multiple workstreams
Knowledge of various computer applications including Google workspace and Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.)
Skilled in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpoints
Advance knowledge of English
