We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented Senior UX/UI Designer – Backoffice Specialist to design and optimize intuitive, scalable, and data-informed interfaces for internal backoffice platforms—focusing on e-commerce management tools and AI-powered workflows. This role will own the UX/UI design of internal tools that power operations, marketing, logistics, and AI integration, ensuring exceptional usability, efficiency, and business impact.

Requirements

Expected outcomes & responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver fully componentized Figma prototypes aligned with the Design System and ready for Dev Mode.

  • Integrate AI tools (Lovable, Figma Make) to speed up iterations and propose internal use cases.

  • Conduct interviews and tests with stakeholders to optimize flows and reduce internal process errors.

  • Collaborate with developers, documenting interaction logic, states, and validations in Figma.

  • Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirementes

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including Variants, Auto Layout, and Dev Mode documentation.

  • Deep knowledge of Design System usage and extension (not creation from scratch).

  • Experience using AI prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Figma Make) for rapid iterations.

  • Track record of improving internal tools (backoffice) or operational UIs through user-centric design.

  • Skilled in running UX Research remotely (interviews, usability testing, synthesis).

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment.
