AI Tech Lead
We’re seeking an AI Tech Lead with advanced technical skills to solve unique business challenges through smart architecture and clean code. This role demands broad perspective, sharp judgment, and the autonomy to drive execution while staying aligned with strategic goals. You’ll uncover less obvious solutions and help others tackle complex technical scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and AI-driven architecture decisions across backend and frontend.
Guide engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing best practices.
Plan, build, and test scalable features while optimizing SQL schemas and backend logic.
Support agile workflows and act as Deputy Scrum Master when needed.
Collaborate across teams to solve medium-to-complex challenges and drive execution.
Own hiring, OKR setting, and performance tracking for your team.

Requirements
About You
+4 years managing and developing tech teams with hands-on leadership.
Proven expertise in AI frameworks, machine learning, and data-driven architecture.
Strong coding background in Golang, Node.js, and ReactJS, plus solid AWS knowledge.
Skilled in agile development and test-driven design; ready to serve as Deputy Scrum Master.
Passionate about mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.
You’re proactive, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
