We are looking for a SEO Manager (Polish and/or German) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are skilled in expanding organic reach, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.

The job in brief:
Job Title - SEO Manager (with Polish and/or German language)
Working model - full remote
Team - you will join the SEO team within the Marketing department
Level - Professional
Location - Poland or Germany
Contract - Permanent and full-time (36 h/week)
Languages - English, Polish and/or German
What your impact will be:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to define and deliver strategies that grow organic rankings, traffic, and conversions in line with business goals
- Work with product managers to understand the user journey and make changes to the acquisition pages that help improve the whole booking flow
- Whilst you will have a partial focus on the Polish and/or German market, you will work across other markets and a range of project types that will impact SEO and organic customer acquisition
- You will work across a range of SEO projects including keyword research, page / site analysis, competitor analysis, technical issues + user improvements
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- 3+ years’ SEO experience (travel industry or Polish/German markets preferred) with a proven track record in driving rankings and traffic growth
- Expertise in SEO best practices, algorithms, and large-scale site optimisation, including technical SEO (structured data, rich snippets, breadcrumbs)
- Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush (or similar), with strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Skilled communicator and collaborator, experienced working with cross-functional, multi-country teams; strong project management abilities
- Fluent in English plus Polish and/or German, able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting

Selection process steps*:
- HR interview (10-30 minutes)
- 1st interview with Manager: soft skills + technical knowledge
- Test step online or offline (optional)
- 2nd interview (Manager + Team Member): test/test review + technical knowledge
- Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director
- Offer extended
