Position Overview
As our SEO Manager you will design and execute the on-page, off-page and technical roadmap that propels our domains to the top of SERPs and drives pipeline growth.
You will be the technical authority for our SEO strategy, with the support of internal content writers and external link builders. We expect you to focus on internal link building, KW research, Technical optimisations, Core Web Vital - while also experimenting with emerging AIO (AI Search Optimisation) tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritise the quarterly SEO backlog (site architecture, schema, internal linking, CWV, AI-driven optimisation).
Lead deep keyword and intent analysis; translate findings into briefs for the Content pod.
Plan and oversee scalable link building programmes..
Monitor KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, share of voice) in GA4/GSC; present insights and next actions.
Deploy and refine AI tools/workflows for SERP-features, Gemini/SGE and conversational search.
Track and report traffic, rankings, conversions and share-of-voice in GA4/GSC/Looker; recommend next actions.
Strong spoken and written German (C2) and English is essential.
3-6 yrs technical SEO with measurable wins on high-traffic sites.
Advanced use of SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog; comfortable with RegEx, APIs and Python snippets.
Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical mindset; able to visualise insights in Looker Studio or BigQuery.
Agency-side experience or equivalent multi-site experience is a distinct advantage.
