Join our team as a Slate CRM Consultant and assist clients in crafting, planning, and executing Slate CRM solutions tailored for academic institutions.
Requirements
- 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry
- 5 or more years of experience working with Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency
- Ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards using CRM tools
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software
- Experience developing HTML content
- Ability to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine suitability of the CRM software
- Experience with building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS)
- Experience Designing and managing integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems
- Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
- The ability to travel over 25%
Responsibilities
- Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients
- Analyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage various technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention and advancement
- Ability to adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing project based work
- Experience with Ellucian CRM Advance or Recruit, Microsoft Dynamics, Element 451, Salesforce or other CRM's is a bonus
