Software Development Intern
Location: Remote or Hybrid Available

Join our dynamic development team as a Software Development Intern and gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects that support internal tools, automation, and AI-readiness initiatives. You’ll collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to projects that improve our engineering workflows, documentation, and product quality.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
As a Software Development Intern, you’ll contribute to real-world projects that support our engineering, DevOps, and documentation efforts. Depending on your interests and experience, you may work on:
- Building internal tools to streamline development and deployment workflows
- Enhancing technical documentation and making it more accessible for internal and external users
- Supporting AI-readiness initiatives by organizing and structuring knowledge bases
- Automating testing and improving code quality through better instrumentation and logging
- Analyzing system logs and surfacing insights to improve reliability and performance
- You’ll have the opportunity to explore different areas of software development, gain exposure to modern tools and practices, and make meaningful contributions to our team’s success

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with C# and/or React is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to any of the following is helpful: REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Markdown, YAML, Git, OpenAPI, or static site generators
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Curious, motivated, and excited to contribute to meaningful projects
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback
