Role Overview
We’re looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our team at Rightway. You’ll work across web and API layers using technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript. You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful experiences for our users, collaborating closely with teammates across product and design.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain features across web and API surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and product discussions
- Learn from and contribute to a growing engineering team
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience building modern web or mobile applications
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to learn and grow
Bonus Points for
- Experience working in healthcare
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
- Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
SALARY: $135,000 - $165,000
Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
