Solutions Consultant – Analytics & Insights
Solutions Consultants play a critical role in partnering with our Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver data-driven presentations and provide expert guidance on analytics and business intelligence solutions. This role is pivotal in helping prospects and customers unlock the value of insights generated from their data, driving strategic adoption of our platform within the digital banking and fintech space.
In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in data strategy, client relationship management, and business intelligence to articulate the transformative power of Lumin Digital. Your ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable outcomes will be key to building trust with senior stakeholders and expanding solution adoption.
Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Support teams to understand client objectives and deliver compelling data that showcases positive impact from Lumin Digital’s platform capabilities.
Design and present tailored data solutions to address client challenges across digital banking and overall FI goals.
Serve as the subject matter expert on analytics and business intelligence, focusing on customer insights, risk modeling, and operational efficiency.
Develop proof-of-concept dashboards and data visualizations to demonstrate impact and usability for C-level and operational stakeholders.
Assist in pre-sales discovery and collaborate with internal technical teams to translate business needs into functional analytics specifications.
Contribute to RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with client goals.
Lead workshops and client working sessions to define key metrics, reporting frameworks, and success criteria.
Your Experience Should Also Include
10+ years in a client-facing analytics or insights consulting role, ideally within digital banking or fintech.
Proven track record building and deploying BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and presenting insights to executive audiences.
Deep understanding of financial data, including customer behavior, digital engagement, and fraud prevention.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives demonstrating ROI.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, consultative environment supporting cross-functional client engagements.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and an understanding of modern data stack concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Travel
Ability to travel 30–50% as needed to support client and team engagements.
$140,000 - $155,000 a year
