We founded Lumin Digital in 2016 to provide a cloud-native digital banking platform for financial institutions, specifically credit unions and community banks across the United States. Our platform is a flexible solution that adapts to new technologies, supporting both retail and business banking users.

We integrate AI-driven tools, smooth onboarding, and consistent access across all devices. Our advanced analytics help improve user experience and marketing programs. Key features include self-service options for users, administrative tools for financial institution staff, and various operational functions. These include self-service configuration for alerts and new account applications, account mapping, and customer service tools such as credential management, the ability to view the digital banking UI from a user’s perspective, secure messaging, and live chat integrations. We also offer comprehensive ACH management for retail and commercial clients, supporting general transfers, automation, and Same Day ACH. Additionally, we handle domestic and international wire transfers, including automated processing, fee collection, and OFAC checks.

Lumin Digital serves nearly eight million consumer accounts across ninety financial institutions. We maintain a near 90 NPS score and launch all projects on time. Our platform delivers over 200 product enhancements annually through weekly updates, operating with 99.999% uptime.
