Job Title: Spanish Bilingual - Medical Scribe

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters in real time during virtual or recorded consultations.
- Transcribe medical histories, physical exam findings, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
- Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Assist in generating patient notes, referrals, and medical summaries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, medical sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Prior experience as a medical scribe or transcriptionist is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and EHR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
