Job Description

The Staffing/PEO(Professional Employer Organization) Relationship Manager will manage business relationships, prioritize business needs and facilitate supporting Employer Services Staffing and PEO clients and new business. Success will prove out with being the client’s advocate with an insightful professional drive to provide superior customer experience and potential for growth.

  • Detailed business knowledge and experience in Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits, or other HR Compliance) sales or related industries.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and develop an understanding of client environments and processes to identify existing and potential applications for Experian Employer Services products and services
  • Client liaison between the client and internal departments
  • Prioritize client requests and utilize proper support mechanisms
  • Support renewal of existing business and retention strategies
  • Gather data and insights regarding usage; ensure usage at projected levels.
  • Coordinate service deliverables based on client need
  • Collaborate and advise leadership regarding expansion opportunities and assignments
  • Support the renewal of existing business in coordination with team
  • Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects
  • You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience or business development background with strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in developing and managing senior level client relationships
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel
