- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field, such as data science, marketing, economics, or business
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience from a leading management consulting or market research firm, or from a setting with exposure to similar methods and ways of working
Responsibilities
- Support our clients (e.g., large brands and retailers, institutional investors, and leading consulting firms) by delivering custom insights and recommendations based on Cubeβs e-commerce market data sets
- Lead work streams related to custom data gathering, such as consumer surveys and web scraping, to provide even more valuable insights for our clients
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to ensure the accuracy and quality of data sets used for analysis
- Conduct regular research and analysis of industry trends and market developments to inform Cube's market data sets and custom insights for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings and services to better meet the needs of our clients
- Continuously improve internal processes and methodologies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our custom insights projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analysis and market research, preferably in the e-commerce industry or related field
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a big plus
