At Mutt Data, weβre looking for a Technical Cloud Support Analyst with a generalist technical profile and around 1 year of experience in tech (support, development, or infrastructure), whoβs eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with a strong technical team.
This role combines internal technical support, automation, infrastructure monitoring, and collaboration with other teams. If you enjoy working across different areasβPython, cloud, databases, documentation, security, and toolingβthis could be a great fit.Youβll be joining a team with more experienced engineers, so donβt worry if youβre not an expert yetβweβre looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to learn.πΆπ

Responsabilities π€
- Provide information, analysis, and assistance for decision-making and technology initiatives.
- Monitor infrastructure and help track cloud costs.
- Offer day-to-day support to internal teams and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Contribute to building internal tooling and reusable service packages.
- Help prepare documentation, presentations, and materials for internal and partner use.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, People, etc.) to support operational processes.
- Assist in audits, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
- Support company certification efforts and technical documentation processes.
- Help research and evaluate new technologies to improve internal systems.
- Contribute to the integration of new tools across the company.
Youβre not expected to know everything from day oneβthereβs plenty of support from the team, and youβll have room to grow in the role. π
Required Skills π»
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor’s level.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Experience in IT support.
- General understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with other teams.
- A hands-on attitude and good communication skills.
- Intermediate English (reading technical docs, written communication).
