As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll blend Product Ownership and Engineering Leadership to guide a cross-functional team responsible for our customer-facing and internal web tools - including our B2C e-shop and data infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, data, and leadership to ensure our digital tools are fast, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

You will:

  • Own the roadmap for web and data initiatives - prioritize features, define success metrics, and drive outcomes from idea to launch.
  • Lead and manage the Web & Data team, supporting growth, performance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data experts, marketing, and C-level leaders to deliver timely, high-impact solutions.
  • Support marketing-driven launches and campaigns by ensuring systems are ready, scalable, and user-focused.
  • Lead data-driven decision making across the organization by defining impactful metrics, enabling self-serve insights, and turning data into strategic advantage.

We expect:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with direct people management responsibilities.
  • Strong technical foundation in web and data platforms - you’re confident guiding technical teams and making informed decisions.
  • Track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration, especially with marketing and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills — you bring clarity, motivation, and structure.
  • Strong business acumen - you think in terms of customer value, business impact, and long-term scalability.

Salary range

Gross salary from 4959 – 7439 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
