Hyperproof is hiring a contract Technical Product Manager with a passion for solving challenging integration scenarios with 3rd party platforms to help us build a world-class compliance software platform for current and future clients.

You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create product integration enhancements that enable our customers to easily automate gathering and testing compliance evidence from 3rd party platforms. .

This role reports to the Director of Product, who values weekly 1:1 communication and on-demand coaching, and will give you the autonomy to create your own success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO

  • You’ll use your technical know-how to assess 3rd party platform APIcapabilities to  create designs, plus the feature specifications that deliver on Hyperproof’s promise of simplified  integration automation. You’ll navigate and understand API docs, as well as have a high-level understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and Authentication Schemes.
  • You’ll work with development teams to turn specifications into work items and cost those items for inclusion in team sprints.
  • You’ll inspire the team towards greater customer focus, higher standards, and the highest levels of quality.
  • You’ll use and document the product yourself - walk in the customer’s shoes to deeply understand their experience.
  • You’ll continuously act as the champion of our users and customers to ensure their needs are always a top priority!

HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL

  • You will understand our customers’ and partners’ highly challenging needs for integrations to 3rd party platforms, automated evidence gathering and testing.
  • You will understand what our engineers need to create successful, high quality integrations to 3rd party platforms.
  • You will enable greater engineering throughput by creating clear specifications that are turnkey, implementation ready.
  • You will identify new areas of opportunity for integrations, and propose new ways of approaching and solving problems.
  • You will be a valuable team player who wants to grow and support others.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experience in a Technical Product or Program Management role, preferably within a SaaS product environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. We welcome recent graduates who have completed at least two internships within Engineering or Product departments in the SaaS space
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions and APIs into larger systems — you understand how components work together and how to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Excellent communication skills — able to build alignment and clarity across both technical and non-technical audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and a bias toward action, even when faced with ambiguity
  • Intellectual curiosity — a drive to deeply understand the root cause of issues, user behavior, or technical challenges
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset — you bring energy, openness, and a willingness to support and elevate those around you
  • A strong focus on product and process quality, with an eye for detail and a mindset of continuous improvement
