Location:Flexible (Shenzhen).This roleallows the flexibility to work from home, within proximity to an office location.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design wise hardware changes, alternative sources qualification, new contract manufacturers/facilities and suppliers qualification.
- Drive and coordinate the cross-functional teams and GoPro Contract Manufacturers or suppliers to deliver the assigned sustaining projects within the scope and target.
- Prioritize multiple projects and plan the risk mitigation proactively.
- Ensure that the proper process is followed in accordance with GoPro guidelines.
- Regular project meetings and execution update/reports.
Skills We’re Stoked About
- Bachelor Science or degree in Electrical or Mechanical, and above or equivalent.
- At least 3-year hands-on experiences in consumer electronics products project management in engineering organization, and familiar with suppy chain and manafunctring knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills collaborating with cross-functions.
- Independently work with minimal guidance and handle multiple tasks.
- PMP certification and solid understanding of Microsoft office kits, Jira, standard PLM and wiki tools.
- Proficient language skills in English and Mandarin.
What You Will Do
- RFQ forElectro-Mechanical parts with AVLsuppliers.
- Maintain Cost Tracker and Allocation file
- Follow up Engineering or NPI sample to meet required delivery schedule
- Coordinate with internal team to get necessary data and information then suppliers can accomplish our task efficiently.
- Drive resource from supplier side to support the ask from Supply Chain, EPM, R&D,SQE andComplianceteam.
- Manage all part information with useful summary.
Skills We’re Excited About
- Fluent English in written and oral.
- Some basic technical knowledge about electronic or mechanical commodities.
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing Department in electronic industry.
- Skillful on office software like Excel, MS-Word, PPT.
- Willing to learn from other colleagues and good communication.
