Job description
We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.
The responsibilities of this position are:
Implement strategies for employer branding.
Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.
Manage the recruitment process.
Hold interviews in Spanish.
Hold interviews in English.
Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired.
Excellent communication skills.
Full-time availability.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.
