About the Role

Pavago is looking for a Tele-Sales Representative for our client, a leading provider of high-quality western apparel under the Durango brand. This role focuses on reaching out to potential customers, driving sales, and building strong relationships within the Hispanic and traditional customer base in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in the United States.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell Durango western brand products to both Hispanic and traditional customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead Management: Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Follow-up Skills: Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills and a relentless approach to driving sales growth.

  • Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the western apparel market is a plus.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

A typical day involves reviewing leads, planning outreach strategies, and making outbound sales calls to potential customers. You will follow up on previous conversations, update sales activities in the CRM, and engage with potential customers through calls and emails. Throughout the day, you will work towards achieving sales targets while collaborating with the team to refine sales strategies. Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key focus in your daily activities.
