Job Description
Our international E2E Solution Test Enterprise Network area is looking for an E2E Test Manager Agile or alternatively a Project Manager Agile to facilitate the transition (from an external to an internal team) and migration from the test automation framework UFT to a code-based solution with Playwright for our regression testing of our E2E Solution Test Enterprise Network.
- Test management and assurance of quality assurance of a comprehensive BSS regression for a Enterprise Networks business unit
- Taking responsibility – strategically and operationally – and managing the transition from an external team to an internal team
- Taking responsibility – strategically and operationally – and managing the migration from UFT to Playwright
- Offshore management (support of the offer process, monthly invoice statements, on- and offboardings, etc.)
- Collaboration and if required support in the comprehensive Test Management between Teams
Qualifications
Required skills/experience:
- Experience in working with intercultural teams
- Experience working in the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and with Kanban teams
- Software Development Lifecycle Understanding
- Support of Incident Management
- Jira Software (Atlassian)
- Basics of agile methods (especially Kanban)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the business processes Enterprise Networks
- Knowledge of legally compliant contract drafting and billing of B2B products
- Theoretical knowledge of the technology used for enterprise networks (BNG, Access 4.0, Remote Devices, etc.)
- Solid knowledge about the Test Automation Platform UFT and/or Calypso
- Test automation with Java (incl. Playwright, GIT)
- Basic knowledge of AI and AI-based migrations via LLMs such as ChatGPT
