We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Traffic/Resource Manager to step into a newly created role that’s essential to our growth. You’ll be at the center of balancing the supply and demand of billable talent, ensuring teams are optimized, and aligning the right skills with the right projects. Your mission? To build structure and visibility into how we plan and deliver projects - driving smoother workflows and stronger outcomes.
As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L’Oréal, LVMH and Beiersdorf.
What You’ll Do:
Resource Allocation & Process Development
Design and implement resource allocation processes and principles grounded in industry best practices.
Promote process discipline and ensure accurate system usage for real-time visibility and effective planning.
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop and maintain a unified project schedule/calendar.
Strategically allocate resources to meet current and future project demands.
Monitor capacity to ensure adequate resourcing and avoid bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Act as a central liaison between Project Management, VFX Supervisors, and the Production Team.
Align resourcing strategies with client delivery expectations.
Provide thoughtful, strategic input on resourcing conflicts, facilitating diplomatic and effective resolutions.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
Proactively identify and assess resourcing risks, including talent shortages, overcommitments, and dependency clashes.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project and business continuity.
Requirements
Who You Are:
3–5 years of experience in resource, traffic, or project management, ideally within a digital, media, or creative agency setting.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the workflows involved in delivering creative and media projects.
Proficiency with resource management tools and project planning platforms.
Data-savvy with the ability to interpret, forecast, and act on resourcing and performance metrics.
Proactive mindset with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; effective at fostering collaboration across departments.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
Fluent in both business and conversational English.
