Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Working Schedule: Full-time | Remote | US Hours
Type of Contract: Full Time
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a brain for user behaviour. If Figma is your second language and you’re passionate about crafting intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly digital experiences — we want to meet you.
You’ll be working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to turn ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that delight users and drive real results. Your mission? To translate complex requirements into clean, elegant designs that make users fall in love with our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma — from wireframes to polished UI screens.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Why You’re a Perfect Fit
- You obsess over the details but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
- You’re not just a visual designer — you’re a thinker, a problem-solver, and a user advocate.
- You’re proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- You thrive in feedback-driven teams and take pride in crafting delightful digital experiences.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
- Morning check-in with the product team to align on sprint priorities.
- Reviewing Figma files and refining designs based on feedback.
- Jumping on a quick Loom or Zoom call to collaborate with a developer.
- Researching competitors or user patterns for an upcoming feature.
- Creating clickable prototypes for testing a new feature concept.
- Wrapping up the day by organizing your design files and documenting updates.
