Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Franchise Development, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, overseeing franchise sales, construction, and real estate functions. If you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in franchise development and a passion for driving successful expansions, we invite you to be a crucial part of our exciting journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Sales Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive franchise sales, including developing sales strategies, managing leads, and collaborating with the sales team.

  2. Construction Oversight: Manage the construction process for new franchise locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.

  3. Real Estate Strategy: Develop and implement a real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and building relationships with landlords and property owners.

  4. Franchisee Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into our franchise system.

  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research to identify and evaluate potential franchise development opportunities in target markets.

  6. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful execution of franchise development goals.

  7. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial aspects related to franchise development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

  8. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in franchise development, with a track record of successful franchise sales and network growth.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and real estate development within the context of franchising.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Financial acumen related to franchise development budgets and financial goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
