Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about all things video, has a keen eye for detail and can showcase a strong portfolio. Some responsibilities include editing and optimizing video materials, creating short-form videos tailored for social media, and enhancing video content with graphics, effects, and other creative elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content.
- Produce short-form videos optimized for formats such as Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Add graphics, transitions and effects to videos to increase viewer engagement.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
- Conduct reviews of drafts to ensure final edits meet aesthetic and technical standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a Video Editor or in a related role.
Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing a range of content types.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Experience creating content for social media, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Strong eye for detail, with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
Knowledge of video design best practices and trends.
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
