Job description
We are seeking a Paid Social Marketer to support our paid social efforts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Craft paid social strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
Set up and manage campaigns across platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
Strategically allocate budgets across various social platforms.
Create visually compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads.
Write persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective combinations.
Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that can inform future strategies.
3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns.
Proficiency in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation.
Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
